TOOL LIFE |
Every die
built by Burnex has a 100% assurance for maintenance and repair
for the life of the part or as long as Burnex is responsible for
production. |
TOOL AMORTIZATION |
In certain
instances, 33% of the total die charges can be amortized over the
first year of production, enabling our customers to remain competitive and
maintain their domestic market share in an international business
environment |
TOOL TRANSFER |
We treat every
die as if it were our own. After a thorough inspection, the dies
receive modification and maintenance it requires prior to production.
After sample approval, we continue maintenance as if we built the die from
scratch. In certain circumstances, there will be cost associated with
out
modification that will be quieted prior to work commencement. |
